The following guidelines provide information about the entry procedure. All entries need to be submitted online, please read all information in the entry kit to ensure that your entry is processed appropriately.
Before Entering
Go to the Entry Kit and read through the rules and categories. Read the tips carefully. Check the material requirements for each entry as you will need to upload appropriate files
Step 1. Download and complete written submission template
- Your written entry is very important as the short-listing process takes place heavily on the basis of the strength of the arguments made. Judges will be assessing your submission against the criteria of strategy, creativity & innovation, execution, and results. Entries which are not prepared using the specified template may be disqualified. The written submission template can be downloaded here
Step 2. Collate the following supporting materials in the specified formats
- The supporting materials provided should show evidence of the success of your campaign, and support the case made in your written entry.
- This may vary depending on the category, but can range from branded media coverage, photographs, customer research, sales or profit figures, media evaluation, tracking studies, market share, customer attitudes etc.
- Three (3) compulsory hi-resolution images that will be used to showcase the entry, if awarded
- No more than six (6) items of supporting materials
- Send three (3) copies of DVDs containing hi-res versions of the same videos submitted online (in H264 compression, 720 x 576, aspect ratio 4:3, and in .mov, .mpeg2, or .avi formats)
Step 3. Confirm client contact details for client endorsement
- Client endorsement is compulsory
- Upon provision of the contact details of the client representative, a “Client Endorsement Request” will be sent to the email address of the nominated client, seeking approval on the written submission uploaded.
- A notification will be sent to you upon their endorsement.
- Perform online submissions/uploads
Step 4: Online submissions/uploads
- An account will need to be created online with a unique email address. For each entry made, upload the completed written submission as well as the relevant online supporting materials. You may re-login anytime before entry deadline to submit any additional entries. An entry number will be assigned for each entry.
Step 5. Payment
- You can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
- You may either make an online payment by via credit card or send a cheque or bank transfer. A confirmation email will be generated upon completion of online submissions and kindly include that with any cheque payment mail.
- All payments must be made as soon as entry is submitted.
- Payments must be received no later than 23 February 2012
Step 6. Supporting Material – Offline
- As per step 2, you will be required to submit three (3) copies of the DVDs containing high resolution versions of online supporting materials submitted (if any) to the organisers.
