The Asian Marketing Effectiveness Festival, now in their 10th year is Asia Pacific’s foremost gathering of marketing, advertising and media industry executives, acclaimed marketing experts and brand pioneers. During the two day festival, delegates have the opportunity to learn and be inspired by the greatest minds in the field.
The Festival features a compelling programme of seminars and workshops, live awards judging, networking events and a gala awards presentation. The Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards, from which the festival has grown, honour clients and their agencies for marketing strategies that deliver solid results to transform businesses and brands. The annual awards receive over 850 entries and are judged by a panel of top client and agency professionals who review the submissions against stringent criteria to determine the winners of the prestigious Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards trophies. The Awards acknowledge the role of innovative strategy as well as creative craftsmanship in achieving results, and therefore unite creativity with effectiveness.
Previous Platinum Award winners have impressed judges with work that combined innovation, creativity and effectiveness — from the inaugural winner, Cerebos’s Thailand campaign to turn its Brand Essence of Chicken bottle caps into artificial limbs, to Yellow Pages, Australia and The Hidden Pizza Restaurant, which won over the judges in 2011.
The Asian Marketing Effectiveness Festival is collaboration between Cannes Lions and Haymarket. Hosted annually in Shanghai, it provides the region’s communications industry a place to discuss, learn and celebrate effectiveness in marketing. Uniting world class leaders, brand pioneers and globally acclaimed marketing experts, through a challenging programme of seminars and workshops, allowing delegates to enhance learning and exchange ideas to drive excellence across Asia Pacific.
